Settlement of Nizam al-Dawlah and Lutf‘ali Khan Nasir al-Sultan, 1902
Lutf‘ali Khan Nasir al-Sultan has claimed that his share of inheritance from Haj Fath‘ali Khan Biglarbaygi and Hajiyah Shahzadah Khanum, Biglarbaygi's mother, is in the possession of Haj Nizam al-Dawlah. To resolve the dispute, they have settled the following properties: Bilvirdi village in the Bidustan district and four-sixths of Hilan village in the Qarajah Dagh district.

Settlement of Huri Nisa’ Khanum and Amin al-Mamalik, 1900
Huri Nisa’ Khanum, the daughter of Karbalayi Khan Baba from Nawjah Dih, sells one-fifteenth of a property inherited from her father, including the village of Nawjah Dih, to Amin al-Mamalik in exchange for twelve tumans and five thousand dinars. A condition for revocation has been included and half of the price has been paid. The note on the margin states that Huri Nisa’ Khanum has settled her claim of loss in exchange for two tumans and five thousand dinars.

Settlement of Muvaffaq al-Mamalik and his aunts with Husayn Agha the merchant, 1904
Mirza Mahdi Khan Mazandarani a.k.a Muvaffaq al-Mamalik (the son of the deceased Aqa Mirza Baba Isfahani), the treasurer of the royal stable, and his three aunts, Hajiyah Zahra Khanum, Hajiyah Sakinah Khanum, and Hajiyah Maryam Khanum, settled three-sixths of the village Aqjari [Aqajari] in Maraghah with Husayn Aqa, the merchant from Tabriz, for 3000 tumans.

Settlement of Zahra Baygum and Malik Muhammad, 1903
Zahra Baygum Khanum, the daughter of Haji Mirza Muhammad, sells her share of inheritance from the village of Kuh Dil to Malik Muhammad, the son of Haj Zayn al-ʻAbidin, in exchange for sixty-seven tumans. Two days later, Haji Malik transfers this property to Mashhadi Sayyid Riza for the same amount.

The author includes Hasan Khan Kalantar (sheriff)’s claim over properties in Rashtiyan and Taj Khanum’s debt to him. Also, they mention that Taj Khanum can pay off this debt by selling the Rashtiyan properties through the authorization given to her by Haji Muhammad Ibrahim.

Marriage contract of ʻAbd al-Vahhab Khan and Shahrbanu Baygum
Marriage contract of Aqa Mirza ʻAbd al-Vahab Khan, son of Mirza ʻAli Muhammad Khan (Minister of Dar al-Shura and First Exchequer) and Shahrbanu Baygum (Shams al-Muluk), daughter of Haji Mirza ʻAli Akbar Khan. The mahr includes 500 tumans and a Qur’an. The father of groom has also purchased a share of the village of Karkan (from the bride's father) and gifted it to his son for him to include in the mahr.

Hajiyah Zahra Khanum known as Shahzadah Khanum, the daughter of Muhsin Mirza Mir Akhur [the head of the stables], has settled parts of the Husayn Abad orchard to ‘Izzat al-Qulub Khanum, the daughter of Muzaffar al-Saltanah, in exchange for parts of the garden of Shurjah known as the Haji Muhammad Baqir orchard, half of Rahmat Abad village known as Tazah Kand, and two hundred tumans.
